Not great. I can't download the files

Link did not work. Contacted seller and didn’t hear anything back.

Website easy to use. The model is more involved than I thought it would be. Lots of pieces to cutout and many little lines you need to fold on. Definitely need a better detailed instruction so I have not actually made it yet.

They never sent me the pattern. I want a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Didn’t work

Do not buy from this seller. They provide a tracking number, but the package never arrives. I tried to contact them, but they never responded. It's a SCAM, and for your own good, don't fall into the trap.

Never received the actual download, just a PDF at the link where the download should have been saying to wait 1-12 hours (see attached). I waited and then contacted the seller and the website operator, and they did not help. I feel like this posting is a scam.
