No color and can't download properly. Nothing happens when I attempt to download file

THE FILE DOESN'T WORK AND THE SELLER DOESN'T RESPOND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO HELP AT ALL. YOU TAKE CHANCES WHEN YOU BUY SVG OR PNG FILES FROM THESE SELLERS IF I GIVE THIS SELLER A ZERO I WOULD.

Never received the actual download, just a PDF at the link where the download should have been saying to wait 1-12 hours (see attached). I waited and then contacted the seller and the website operator, and they did not help. I feel like this posting is a scam.

0/10 recommend. link to download ebook does not work. attempted to contact seller multiple times but no response. requested refund and still no response to that either

Fraudulent and deceptive!!! BUYER BEWARE!! This seller does not give the correct file to download. They do not respond to messages. They steal your money!! Inspire Uplift does nothing about it.

Would give zero stars. File was not an SVG bundle of 20 as listed - it was a low quality JPG shown in the product listing. Mistakes happen, but the seller has not responded to my OR Inspire Uplift's messages in 2 weeks. Still waiting on a refund. Not impressed with the seller or platform at this point. Sadly this was part of my first purchase and will likely be my last.

I am having difficulty finding the download on my iPad. I am able to see it on my PC.

Scammed by the sellers - TUCAMMS. I already paid it on January 13th and today is already January 15th but they have not provided me the download copy. SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!

Incorrect zip file for download, I got a ravens one instead of a osu. Was an svg file not embroidery
