I have yet to receive my download. havent heard from seller either.

The SVG file does not work. I tried on multiple devices and even message Inspire Uplift and Cyber Wave Lab directly. No one has helped with this issue. Hours of my day, wasted only to have to purchase another bundle elsewhere. So disappointed.

The transaction was smooth but the file is crap. When enlarged, the lines are not crisp, and the image is pixelated.

On the listing it states it’s an instant download but after purchase it says it’ll take 3-5 hours to deliver. I’m on hour 6 and still don’t have the download for what I purchased

The file was never available, and could not get contacted back after 2 weeks of asking for help. The link on the note does not work, and this file still has not been fixed as of April 28th and I ordered on the 8th.

Very unhappy with follow up service. I left a request with the seller to confirm this product can be shipped to Australia. No response. Could someone please respond to me to advise this order will be processed. TY

Read very carefully. Thought I was buying a tumbler but instead paid for a “zip file” that I can not print. DONT waste your money like I did!!!!
