I still haven’t received my order that I placed on December 12th, and I never received any updates on my order since I placed it. I sent multiple messages to the seller with no responses. I am waiting for a response from Inspire Uplift that I sent on Friday, December 20th. This is completely unacceptable. I will never order anything from this platform again and I plan on leaving negative reviews for the seller and the platform for allowing an incompetent/ fraud of a seller on their platform. I plan on disputing my credit card charge for this item if I don’t hear a response in a few days.

I will be happy to update this when I get my file on my computer. I have tried and others have tried, but I have nothing. Please email me a direct link to the svgs, or refund me. I needed this for a Christmas present.

It would be nice to have a color chart included. The image on the machine is too small to see what you are embroidering. The file is fine just can not see which color to use for each step

Do not buy from this Fraudulent seller. Bad. I paid double for the item and have no pdf digital of it. The only pdf I got is how you will receive the paid for item instead! Not shopping here again/go elsewhere. Scam seller.

its just a link! now file to actually download. Every time I lick the link the image just opens in a new tab.
