I received a Northern Kentucky file

Purchasing this was easy. Stitching it didn't go so well. It does not stitch out the full logo. Picture attached, it skipped many stitches. Very disappointed.

when i put in the site so i could download the files, it didn't work.

For the most part, this design stitched out okay. There was a few areas that I had issues with. I had to double stitch the white, because the blue was showing through and still is. Also , there is a potion of the beak that does not stitch at all, leaving a very noticeable gap.

I have messaged this company concerned about my order because I still have not received anything about tracking! when I purchased this item it said it would be at my house the 18-21 of December but yet I still haven’t received anything about it, nor can I get they company to message me back!

I'm disappointed that these images are not all separate files. It is one all one image.
