I need PES embroidery designs NOT the ones I downloaded and I don't need 4 of the same design. NOT happy I just wasted my money. Please correct.

Not a clear file. Looks like they copied someone else's design and just re-uploaded on here. And there are words at the bottom, which do not show in the preview. I just wanted the picture.

Don't waste your money! The download link does not work. I messaged the seller two days ago and have not gotten a response. Would give zero stars if possible.

I find these leggings are good-looking and quite warm. They fit snugly, but are comfortable and not at all bulky.

So frustrating. I purchased an embroidery file and when I downloaded it, the file was completely different than the one I purchased. I tried for two weeks to reach out to the seller to get the correct file or refund, but I have never received any kind of response. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

I purchased the book because I could download within 12 hours. This deadline has come and gone and I have not received the pdf book yet. Very disappointing! I ordered the book on Sunday 8th Dec, we are now Tuesday 10th Dec. I have not received the link to the download (promised to be done within 12hours of the order) and I have had no feedback from customer services. Absolutely appalling!
