can not open the download

It will only download as JPEG. How do I get it to be SVG?

I am on day 20 waiting for response - my card has been charged, I have received nothing in regards to shipping. I have called 3 times, only to be disconnected after waiting 10 minutes on hold. I have sent emails and live chats.

Didn't even get the package

3 weeks gone by and no tracking number or response from this company whatsoever. My order is paid in full April 1 2025 and now its APRIL 24!

Purchased the file. Have not received it in five days. No response to requests for the file. No response to the request for a refund. This needs to be made right.

I only received one size of the design in the download. I'm waiting for the seller to get back with me. There were 3 folders in the zip file. They all had the same size design.

This file contained Detroit Lions logo. It did NOT contain what the listing said.

Was sent the wrong sword, it looks unfinished and uneven, definitely not battle ready , doesn't even have the fuller! I wouldn't have left any comments but they chose to ignore my messages

I had fun sewing my kitty pattern, but when I tried to download the knitting pattern for the sweater I received an error. Can you please resend the instructions for the sweater?

The pattern I ordered and the download are two totally different patterns. I want a refund on order #2394609. The other pattern was correct (order#2534667. See photos below. What I received verses what I ordered.

This book has been altered and as such is unusable. The italics have been completely removed from it, which is necessary as it is a reference edition. Also none of the hyperlinks work, and it is difficult to navigate. Cheap, but still a waste of money.

Do not recommend. They sent over a blank file i have been messaging the seller for over a week now and no one answers!

Received nothing but a note saying I would receive the file in 24 hours. 24 hours later, no file.
