Although I paid for the pattern through PayPal, I have yet to receive the pattern download.

I have yet received the pattern to download. It doesn't even show that I purchased it in my orders. But I have my receipt as proof through PayPal.

My order was canceled. I just got a PayPal notification. No reason was given or anything. Those was supposed to be a gift for my friend.

Could use a build list. What size dowels to use. And what size drill bits to use for the printable plans

File is PDF, not individual cards, which is what I needed, also the coloring seems off as a result of the PDF when printed. Poor quality.

My whole experience with this seller was phenomenal! Customer service was top notch in helping me order what I wanted. Took about a month to arrive in America but was well worth the wait! My daughter and I are both thrilled with our GoDraw sets and books. All of which are of just exceptional quality. My own travel brush though is quite loose when put together. Luckily, I have a set of Tintoretto travel brushes in my art bag. All in all, my shopping experience was great and we LOVE having the GoDraw palettes and watercolor books! I highly recommend these products. Thank you so much!!!

I never actually received what I purchased directly, instead I received a download that said my logo would be ready the next day. However, the next day came and went, and I still received nothing. I sent a message to the company, but it's been another day and I haven't received a response or the product I paid for. Therefore, I have went ahead and took a screenshot of what I purchased, removing specific text and modified as I see fit!!!

Purchased files and the download link does not work. Tried messaging the seller to resolve and ZERO response. Never received what I purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.
