Unable to download design and no response by customer service

Haven't started it yet but am pleased with it

I was not able to download these files. I accidentally backed out of the page and now there’s no way to get back in it. I reached out to customer service but have not heard back yet.

Inside a.txt file the download link does not work. And the seller doesn't answer the messages

The pic is faded and not of very good quality.

There are NO svg files with this download. Have followed the instructions and tried multiple times. Will not order again and seeking refund.

No png file immediately available. Included is a text file basically telling you to wait until they send it to you in a separate email. Hours later, I still don't have the file.
