Was sent the wrong sword, it looks unfinished and uneven, definitely not battle ready , doesn't even have the fuller! I wouldn't have left any comments but they chose to ignore my messages

I had fun sewing my kitty pattern, but when I tried to download the knitting pattern for the sweater I received an error. Can you please resend the instructions for the sweater?

The pattern I ordered and the download are two totally different patterns. I want a refund on order #2394609. The other pattern was correct (order#2534667. See photos below. What I received verses what I ordered.

This book has been altered and as such is unusable. The italics have been completely removed from it, which is necessary as it is a reference edition. Also none of the hyperlinks work, and it is difficult to navigate. Cheap, but still a waste of money.

Do not recommend. They sent over a blank file i have been messaging the seller for over a week now and no one answers!

Received nothing but a note saying I would receive the file in 24 hours. 24 hours later, no file.

Received a basic apology letter as the download file. What a joke.

You ripped me off!!! I didn’t get what I ordered at all!! I ordered an Ohio State Buckeyes embroidery design and you sent me an “Incredible Mom” PICTURE. JPG, PNG, DXT, EPS, PDF, SVG.

cant download it - keeps downloading a message saying website is down and download will be emailed to me when ready... its been 2 days!!

Terrible! I ordered Pokemon It_s My 5th Birthday Kanto Starters Celebration T-, and when I went to download it, it was a totally different file. I was a floral Pokemon Gotta Catch Them All.

I received the wrong clipart and the seller will not respond to me. The staff with InspireUplift said someone would email me a form to open a complaint and I have not received that either. I do NOT recommend using this site.

this is the worst experience I have ever had on an online pattern site. I am not able to download my pattern. I have tried messaging the owner of the pattern as well as the bot on this site - to no avail.

The file just says Zip Wait...I need this file quickly. I assumed it would be an instant download.

if there was zero i would choose. WTF. Looker beware it says sorry you cant download after you purchase!!! Buy at your own risk I lost my hard eared 3 bucks. SCAM
