Where is my order?

did not receive the embroidery file. Tried several days in a row to download and all i receive is the text file. Fix it or give me my money back

No item, no response. Avoid seller.

The product I ordered and the files I received are completely different. I guess nobody checks this situation. This has to be a big joke.

Not happy at all! I paid over $5 for a svg/png file and what I got was a jpg file with the background and watermarks still on it! Now other files downloaded and now I still don't have use of the image I needed. EDIT: After a MONTH of trying to get a resolution, I was advised that the image was now available to be uploaded. I do not NEED the image a month after I purchased it. This seller should be removed from this platform. I have asked for a refund, and they refused. I am now in communication with my bank to file fraud charges against this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

The seller finally reached out and tried to fix the issue but unfortunately some images were missing. Seller did refund . Thank you.

Poor quality. the Digitizing was not good at all waste of my time and materials.

Item not as described and did not include any SVG files so download was of no use.

CANT GET IT DOWNLOADED TO USB

I have tried a number of times to get this download to work for me and I cant open it. I have emailed the seller twice in 24 hours and my email has not be acknowledge. So I have wasted my money.
