This seller is a scammer! If you order all you will get is a PDF with a dead link 404 error. You'll NEVER get what you paid for. Inspire Uplift site splits the profits this scammer makes and allows the activity. You will get nowhere with trying to get a refund. You've been warned!

ZERO STARS. Says arrives in 3-7 days. Ordered on March 31, Its April 11 and no sign of this package. Message on this persons store reads "ON VACATION"...really? Since March 31?

Can you give less than one star? I did not receive the instant download PES file only A JPG file which does not load into the embroidery machine. I contacted the company twice with absolutely no response. Requested a refund with no response. Contacted Inspire Uplift and was told to contact company. Thanks for nothing, your customer service is a joke. Bewared do not buy from this company.

did not receive the embroidery file. Tried several days in a row to download and all i receive is the text file. Fix it or give me my money back

The product I ordered and the files I received are completely different. I guess nobody checks this situation. This has to be a big joke.

Not happy at all! I paid over $5 for a svg/png file and what I got was a jpg file with the background and watermarks still on it! Now other files downloaded and now I still don't have use of the image I needed. EDIT: After a MONTH of trying to get a resolution, I was advised that the image was now available to be uploaded. I do not NEED the image a month after I purchased it. This seller should be removed from this platform. I have asked for a refund, and they refused. I am now in communication with my bank to file fraud charges against this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

The seller finally reached out and tried to fix the issue but unfortunately some images were missing. Seller did refund . Thank you.
