A lovely incense fountain, but I wished one incense with it because it wasn't possible to buy these special incense cones...

It took a little while to get here however when it was delivered it exactly as expected. The customer service team was prompt in handling concerns also. I wish that the incense cones were larger so the smoke effect could last longer.

Its fun and relaxing to watch the smoke flow downward like a waterfall. I dont smell the scents as strong as i would like.

I am still waiting for the burner,but the incense looks great.Cant wait to try it.

Love my new incense holder the cones to burn with it are heavenly works excellently just like the add very happy

Excellent link to company prior to delivery as I received regular updates re shipping and arrival dates. The fountain was well packaged and arrived safely. Once cone is lit the smoke does travel downwards as described so will make an unusual pleasant surprise and gift for my sister.

Would be helpful if there were tips on how to align incense to get the smoke to cascade.

Beautiful holder however the one negative is you don’t get a back lit cone with so now I had to order some separate and wait another 3 weeks before I can actually use it and enjoy

Works great!! Kind of wish it would have come with a few back flow cones.

Just received it to long let you know when i use it...

I ordered blue but got green.. Other than that it's pretty cool. Just don't have it near any sort of breeze, it'll ruin the slow descending smoke. or expect it to smell like normal incense, they are milder and all the same dispite colour.

Received it in good condition and very quickly, very happy and will order other products.

I got this for a friend. she says its really nice.

It would great if the incense had a smell like lavender, sandalwood, etc
