Beautiful holder however the one negative is you don’t get a back lit cone with so now I had to order some separate and wait another 3 weeks before I can actually use it and enjoy

Works great!! Kind of wish it would have come with a few back flow cones.

Just received it to long let you know when i use it...

I ordered blue but got green.. Other than that it's pretty cool. Just don't have it near any sort of breeze, it'll ruin the slow descending smoke. or expect it to smell like normal incense, they are milder and all the same dispite colour.

Received it in good condition and very quickly, very happy and will order other products.

I got this for a friend. she says its really nice.

It would great if the incense had a smell like lavender, sandalwood, etc

The smoke from the incense cone flows down as a smoke-fall & looks just like a waterfall. It’s extremely relaxing; great for mindfulness!

I bought these for my mountain river incense holder. They don’t last as long as I would’ve liked but the whole effect is remarkable & smells lovely.

it works just like the video on the web site, disappointed it is not bigger in size.

I ordered this for my daughter as a gift. I have not given it to her yet. It arrived yesterday, however, the box was banged up pretty bad and half crushed. I opened it and, surprisingly, the I'm appears not to be damaged. I'm hoping it works as advertised. It did not come with any incense so I will need to purchase that in order to try this out.

It's ingenious, and very attractive, but I searched on line, 'cos we weren't sure which end to light the incence. I didn't find an answer, but came across a review which described clearly ourlater experience: it only lasts a few minutes, and the slightest movement or breath causes a waft of air which disturbs the flow. I would only have risked buying the one, had I read the review before we ordered ours, but in fact we ordered 3. I think they're a somewhat expensive for such a brief experience.

Even without a cone burning, it is visually pleasing, and a nifty conversation piece. Do not repeat my mistake and order the back flow incense cones separately!

Attractive way to enjoy incense. If you have forced-air heat, light this when it is not blowing, unless you want the smell everywhere (okay) and the smoke not pooling (shucks...). You don't have to put a heat-proof barrier under it to protect your furniture - the base does not get hot.

Mild smell - it is actually hard to figure out which scent is being released. Lasts only a short time, and does not snuff itself out like some of the compressed blocks do - it will burn down completely within about 10 minutes.

If air blows through it defeats the look.

I loved it. Looks exactly like the video. The only problem is the smell of the cone incense. I will need to search for some that smell better.

Was bought with the burner as a present. My son likes it so I am happy with the purchase.

Bought as a present for my son who really likes it. He has used incense for a long time and this was novel for him. Like it when it's in action. Would recommend.
