There is no actual image files. All i got was an error pdf.

I didn’t receive my file and it’s sending me to a link that doesn’t exist

I needed the file for a project. Once I purchased the file and got the download it was to a wrong image. The seller has been slow to respond and has not fixed the download file or sent me a new one.

I purchased this file that was suppose to be "instant download" once payment was made. When downloading the zip file, it not an actual file, it is a text document stating there is issues with customers downloading the file and they would try to email the file within 24 hours. It has been longer than 24 hours now and still have not received the file. I have messaged the seller twice now with no response.

Would rate 0 if i could. Complete scam guys, ordered over a week ago and have messaged them multiple times to confirm if it's been shipped. They've ignored every message I've sent and quite frankly I've given up trying. Steer well clear and save your money.

I need you to refund me my money now.

Has been over a month Since order was placed. Payment came out on my card. Not impressed

If i could leave zero stars i would. the seller does not communicate. I never received my item and it has been over a month since I could receive a refund for my order. Do not buy anything from this seller or this site

Absolutely disgusting service. Downloaded the pattern which is not the right one. Sent messages to both seller and to online help and had no reply in a week. Scammers. Do not trust people on here, be careful. Would prefer zero stars but option not available.

The file has a misspelled word. I have inquired about an update to no avail.

Fast and Great price

Download instructions are bad. PDF link opens to a google drive with 2 pdfs of the original posting. Not 105 image files to use. On the phone with the help desk currently to try to figure out how to contact the seller/ get the images. Says contact seller with issues, but there is no contact information, unless I take the email from the google drive that was shared.

Fake download. no response to chat. your instant download is an apology for broken website, completely misleading. still have not received this file. I would avoid. and No, its not in my spam folder.

The link was initially broken, but was quickly corrected after messaging the seller.
