i am unable to to see file

Did not receive any files. just a text document labeled VisionEyewear. that stated "Thank you for your purchase from us. We are professional design team. Please wait for us within 2-4 hours, we will redesign and send you the most complete design. If you have any problems, please contact us at: Hotmail: [email protected]" Reached out to seller and had no response.

I wish I could give this a ZERO out of 5. I ordered this file on 6/25 and received a text message on the zip file that said they would be emailing me the actual file in 24 hours. It's been two days, and NOTHING! I messaged the vendor and received no reply. I emailed and chatted with Inspire Uplift and nothing was resolved. TOTAL SCAMMER.

THE DOWNLOAD DID NOT GIVE ME MY PRODUCT!!!! AND ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! WASTE OF TIME!!!

This says Kindle version, but after I bought it and download it, all it does is drop a huge text file onto my iPhone. I asked support for what I need to do to read it within my Kindle app, and they told me to contact the seller. That’s a rotten answer! It’s their site, is there electronics, it’s their site that says it as a kindle version. Passing the buck off to someone else is a ridiculous answer.
