Digital Download does not work, error message says link is no longer working, that happens when designs viewing permission has changed and no one will respond to help. I have been ghosted !

This was not the correct design. I was sent Lamar University. I had to buy from someone else as I needed design immediately. They have yet to refund my money and it has been over a week!

Didn’t receive the full book, took me 5 days to come in contact with seller, finally got a new book but in wrong language, now 7 days later (12 days in total) haven’t i received the correct book 👎🏻

Very disappointed! Was told this was a personalized item but when I received it, it was the design on the website. I’ve sent several messages to the seller with no response. I’ve contacted the company with no help. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I paid for a crochet pattern download and the download I was sent was a random excel file.

I had great experience. Had no problem waiting for the file the download had a little oops., but I was helped very quick they did great work. I will buy more
