Craftsmanship:

All our swords are handmade, ensuring each piece is unique. The Damascus steel used in the blade is forged from a combination of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon, meticulously layered to create a total of 384 distinct layers. The forging process includes multiple folds to achieve these layers, followed by an acid etching that reveals the intricate patterns synonymous with Damascus steel. This technique not only showcases the beauty of Damascus but also enhances the blade's structural integrity.

Finishing Process:

After forging, the blade is high polished, removing the acid-burned layer from the handle and sharpening the edge to a satin finish. This detailed process ensures that each sword is not only visually stunning but also functionally superior.
