Each Damascus blade is hand-forged through a process of layering, melting, and hammering, resulting in a unique design or "fingerprint" for each knife. Damascus steel is renowned for its strength and hardness, which we enhance by oil quenching at 2100°F twice to ensure the blade's inner core can withstand any task.
