Frolov's breathing simulator (individual inhaler simulator) is designed for the treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases by inhalation of medicinal solutions and essential oils, as well as for training the functions of external respiration with the help of breathing exercises in the treatment of respiratory diseases and other diseases (see indications).

To carry out breathing exercises, clean drinking water is poured - this allows you to carry out breathing exercises in conditions of breathing resistance on the inhale and exhale. Thus, in the process of breathing training, the effects of REED (artificial respiration regulator) and MPQV (positive pressure at the end of exhalation), known in medicine, are used.

When training breathing with resistance, the respiratory muscles are trained, its strength and endurance increase, as well as the muscles of the bronchi are trained and the pneumomassage effect on the bronchi and lungs is noted. During respiratory training, an air mixture with a moderate decrease in oxygen content and a moderate increase in carbon dioxide concentration (hypoxic-hypercapnic gas mixture) is formed in the inhaler simulator, which contributes to the restoration of normal immune system function as a result of the development of nonspecific adaptive activation and training reactions.

Frolov's breathing simulator (individual inhaler simulator) is also used as an inhaler. To carry out inhalations with aromatic oils, an oil container is used. This allows the simultaneous inhalation of three aromatic oils without mixing them in solution. This method of combined aromatherapy significantly increases the effectiveness of the use of aromatic oils. The use of oils in the process of breathing exercises improves the flow of aromatic molecules into the lungs and into the blood, increases the effectiveness of breathing exercises.

Indications for use:
• bronchitis (acute, obstructive, recurrent) during convalescence;
• chronic bronchitis;
•*bronchial asthma (mild and moderate) during unstable remission and inter-onset period;
• chronic nonspecific lung diseases (HCL);
• hypertension;
• angina pectoris;
• vegetative-vascular dystonia (hypotonic type, hypertensive type);
• chronic inflammatory processes of the musculoskeletal system.

 Contraindications to use:
• acute somatic and infectious diseases;
• chronic diseases in the stage of exacerbation and decompensation;
• respiratory failure above grade II;
• Stage II cardiovascular insufficiency;
• pulmonary hemorrhage and hemoptysis;
• the presence of an implanted pacemaker;
• general for physiotherapy;
• age less than 6 years.

The average service life is 2 years from the date of sale. At the end of its service life, it is not subject to use, it is disposed of as household waste.
