"Terrible customer service! I ordered the item on August 20th. On August 26th, InspireUplift set me an email to review it even though it had not arrived. I responded that it had not arrived and no one informed me it was coming from Russia, which would therefore take additional time through customs in Russia and customs in the United States; especially given the political climate between the countries, I would not have ordered it had I known that I would have to wait several weeks for it if it shows up at all. I purchase from creators on other platforms but the country from where the item is coming is always listed on other platforms. I requested it be sent to where I was staying for vacation and according to the tracking number it will now not arrive at my vacation location until a couple of weeks after I've gone home, if at all. The country from where the item is coming should be listed in the advertisement. There is nothing inspiring or uplifting about the way this company is doing business between sellers and buyers."

After use, the palette must be wiped dry. Since the palette is made of natural material, the environment can be used on you. If there is a slight deformation over time - this is normal, just leave the palette at a temperature, it restores its structure. Like any wooden product, the palette also needs to be coated with oil-wax. (after 3-6 months depending on the frequency of use)
