Inspire Uplift Gift Cards, Credits & Coupons Policy

This policy explains the Inspire Uplift Gift Cards, Credits, Coupons, and store-specific Gift Certificates.

It is a part of our Terms of Use. By purchasing, redeeming, or accepting an Inspire Uplift gift card, store credit, coupons, and store-specific gift certificates, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.

• 1. Purchasing an Inspire Uplift Gift Card

  Inspire Uplift Gift Cards are an excellent gift choice for your loved ones. These cards are available to be purchased with USD only and within a set amount. You can add your gift card to your account with www.inspireuplift.com and make purchases from eligible stores on the marketplace. These can be directly purchased from Inspire Uplift.

  To purchase them, you need to have a valid credit or debit card with a valid US address registered with it. These cards are bound by the Terms of Use for Inspire Uplift’s Gift Cards.

  After you purchase a gift card, a code will be sent to your registered email address.

• 2. Receiving an Inspire Uplift Credit

  You may receive Inspire Uplift Credit in terms of a refund, special promotional offer, or any other payment at Inspire Uplift’s end. This Inspire Uplift Credit has monetary significance and can be credited to your Inspire Uplifts account for future purchasing from eligible stores at www.inspireuplift.com.

  Unless mentioned otherwise, you may only get one Inspire Uplift Credit for every offer or promotion on the marketplace. Inspire Uplift has the right to retain any buyer from the credit if it is sensed that the buyer is creating multiple accounts only for getting maximum credit.

  Inspire Uplift Credit will hold no value where it is prohibited by law or on items that do not fall under the promotional activity, e.g., purchase of Inspire Uplift Gift Cards. Inspire Uplift Credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  Along with this policy, Inspire Uplift Credit can also come under the specification and terms of a particular promotion.

• 3. Redeeming an Inspire Uplift Gift Card or Inspire Uplift Credit

  You will receive Inspire Uplift Gift Cards and Credit through email with a unique code. Some Gift Cards may be printed. There are two ways of redeeming your Gift Card. Either by clicking on the link in the email (if applicable) or by entering the unique code that you received on the Inspire Uplift Redeem Gift Card Page. Redeeming Inspire Uplift Gift Cards and Credit will add their value to your Inspire Uplift account, making you able to purchase products equivalent to that value from the stores that participate. You must have an existing Inspire Uplift account or make a new one in order to redeem Inspire Uplift Gift Cards and Credit.

• 4. Using Your Inspire Uplift Gift Card or Inspire Uplift Credit Balance.

  Inspire Uplift Gift Cards and Credit balance may be applicable to the stores that accept Inspire Uplift Payments.

  After making an eligible order, at the checkout, you can pay through the Inspire Uplift Credit balance.The gift card and credit balance cannot be used to pay Inspire Uplift’s bill.

  If your order value is less than the gift card value or the credit balance, then the rest of the amount will stay in your Inspire Uplift gift card’s account or credit balance for future use. If your order exceeds the gift card value or the credit balance value, then you have to pay the excess amount with a credit card registered with your Inspire Uplift Payment account.

• 5. Receiving an Inspire Uplift Coupon

  You may be able to receive Inspire Uplift Coupon as part of a special offer or promotion. Inspire Uplift Coupons give you a specific discount percentage off the purchase of products at the checkout. You may only receive one Coupon on a special offer or promotion unless mentioned otherwise. Inspire Uplift has the authority to not send Inspire Uplift Coupons to a buyer for any promotion or offer if it appears that a buyer is creating accounts specifically for availing coupons for special offers. The coupons will have no value in places where they are prohibited by the law. Their use against ineligible items for promotions also holds void status, e.g., purchase of gift cards. Inspire Uplift Coupons are non-transferable and non-refundable. Along with this policy, Inspire Uplift Coupons may also be under terms and conditions implemented by specific offers and promotions, such as expiry date, minimum spend limit, maximum discounts, or platform restrictions. The Inspire Uplift Coupon can be used a single time for a maximum amount of discount mentioned. If the discount value is mentioned, then the difference between the actual discount amount and the maximum account will be forfeited. All the coupons given through offers and promotions should comply with Inspire Uplift’s Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions. Inspire Uplift Coupons are different from coupons of the stores. Store coupons are managed by sellers who run their own promotional strategies and may only be applied to products being purchased from that specific store only.

• 6. Redeeming Your Inspire Uplift Coupon

  You will receive your Inspire Uplift Coupon by email with a unique code. It is non-transferable, so forwarding it to others is not suggested. To redeem your Coupon, simply put it at the checkout after purchasing products from stores that are participating in events and promotions giving out those Coupons. You can check whether a store allows Coupons by choosing payment methods at checkout. The value of Inspire Uplift Coupon does not get applied to your Payment Account. Instead, it gets applied at the checkout. Redeeming Inspire Uplift Coupon will deduct its value from the item price in the stores participating.

  You can purchase more than one product in one transaction, provided that all the stores accept the Coupons and Inspire Uplift Payments. If your desired product price is less than the Coupon offer, the remaining money will be lost. If you want to utilize a Coupon, you must have an Inspire Uplift account or register a new one. Once you redeem an Inspire Uplift Coupon, it cannot be returned for Cash Value. Every offer and promotion will have its own specific rules, like using the Coupons before a mentioned date. Failure to use a Coupon before that date results in its expiry. Inspire Uplift Coupons, or their redemption value cannot be used for refunds. You will only receive the amount you paid to purchase the product and not its actual price, and you will not be given more Coupons. You cannot use Coupon to pay to Inspire Uplift’s bill, purchase Gift Cards, or purchase products from a store that does not accept Inspire Uplift Payments.
