Question 1

Custom and personalized orders

Accepted Answer

Each mobile or toys can be changed to suit your preferences. Write to us about your wishes and we will try to do everything possible to implement your idea.

Question 2

How will the order be packaged?

Accepted Answer

All orders are securely packed in sturdy boxes. At the same time the product itself is additionally packed in a transparent bag. If you buy as a gift, we can sign a greeting card. Please send us the desired greeting text.

Question 3

Will I get a tracking number?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We'll send your tracking number in the shipping notification.

Question 4

How do I use my mobile?

Accepted Answer

Attach the mobile to the crib at an angle of about 45 degrees from the child's eyes. In this position, the baby will not throw his head back and the neck muscles will not strain.

Question 5

Lost parcel

Accepted Answer

If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Belpochta. Once this is completed, they will contact your country Post and will both conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

Question 6

Shipping

Accepted Answer

Please make sure you provide the correct address. We are not responsible for not receiving the package due to the address originally misdirected by the buyer. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs, so I cannot guarantee that items will be received by a certain date - this is beyond our control. Delivery times will also depend on any busy season (such as Christmas) or your local holidays.
