1. By placing an order on our store, you accept our shipping/return policy.

2. We suggest that you read our return policy carefully before making any claims. Make sure the product is eligible for any claims to avoid dissatisfaction.

3.To initiate a return or any other issue, please contact support at contact@inspireuplift.com within 5 calendar days from the date the package was delivered.

4.Unused, unopened items may be returned within 5 calendar days of delivery, terms and conditions apply. Return shipping to Russia is at the expense of the buyer. Refunds are possible after the return of the goods. Provided the item is not damaged.

5. If the item is defective/damaged or not working, file a claim and provide proper inspection as requested by the support representative. Unverified items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Without verification, we will not be able to solve your problem. Claims submitted after 5 calendar days will not be accepted.

6. We do not provide a return label or pay shipping charges for returns.

7. Any item you return must be in its original condition and packaging. Items altered in any way by you after receipt cannot be returned. Please keep your return receipt and send us a photo of the package by email so we can track the package.

8. Please note the correct size, color and other details when placing an order. Please double check the details before confirming the order to avoid any claims for returns or exchanges afterwards.

9. Packages that have been rejected or denied delivery, abandoned or returned outside of the established return process will not be accepted as a return.

10. All customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs and duties are collected by the border authorities in your country, not by us. They are collected and held by them and are non-refundable. We do not wish any inconvenience to our customers.

11. For undelivered or lost packages, file a claim within 60 calendar days from the date of shipment. Claims submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

12. If you have not received your parcel and it is marked as delivered by the courier, it will not be considered lost. Write a claim to the courier.

13. To avoid shipping issues, please make sure you provide your full address when placing an order. Items returned due to incomplete addresses are not eligible for a refund or store credit. 14. Order cancellations/changes are accepted within 60 minutes if the order is not shipped. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse and has been assigned a tracking number, it will no longer be possible to cancel/receive the package.

15. Refunds or store credit for returned merchandise will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise at our return address.

16. Refunds for your products will be made using your original payment method. If you ordered via Paypal, the refund will only be made to your Paypal account, or if you ordered via a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card. Changes to account details will not be accepted for a refund.

17. Any returned item that does not comply with our Return Policy or is not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded by us.

18. We offer free worldwide shipping within 1-5 business days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days depending on your country or region. Delivery time may be increased due to quarantine and covid measures in a particular country. And also on holidays. 19. We try to ensure that the quality of both the product and the packaging is impeccable. But given that the delivery is handled by logistics companies, we cannot guarantee you a completely undamaged package. However, if the product is received in a damaged condition, please let us know so that we can make possible corrections. --
