Pine tar (var, pine resin).
Pine resin or pine tar is a dark brown thick and sticky liquid with a characteristic smoking odor. It is obtained by dry distillation of wood from pine stumps, pitch, baras, spruce serka (the old name is var).

A very sticky substance. When heated, it liquefies quickly and boils easily.
