The Owl eyes show hours and minutes.The clock control buttons are on the bottom. The clock must be connected to the mains and set to the correct time. The clock works from a Power : ~220V, 50 Hz. Electrical plug Soviet-style, to work in other countries need an adapter for European or US sockets.
