Device for fast attaching (soldering) honeycomb to the wire frame.
Device is a electronic transformer with power 20-40 watt, complete on input side electric cord (for 220 volt power supply), on the output side: wires with "crocodile" clips.
Product is intended only for soldering honeycomb to the wire frame!

Electronic protection turns off the transformer if there is short-circuit or overload of the secondary circuit.
 
Description:
Black wire: ground (for pin/nail on frame, does not connect to the wire)
Blue wire: 24 volt, (faster soldering)
White wire: 12 volt, (slower soldering)

Manual:
    For high-quality soldering of wire with a wax it is necessary to correctly and uniformly pull the wire on the frame.
    The principle of operation of the device is based on heating the metal wire during the passage of an electric current along it.
    Since the wire used by beekeepers has a different electrical resistance, the time for soldering honeycomb is determined individually (usually only a few seconds). It is important to ensure uniform contact between the wire and the honeycomb (wax plate).
    Device is recommended to be used with stainless steel wire Ø 0.5 mm (12189):
≈ 240 centimeters: in the mode – 24volt;
≈ 120 centimeters: in the mode – 12volt.
With carbon wire,usually, it is better to work in the mode - 12volt.

NOT ALLOWED :
- Operation with damaged insulation and in wet conditions;
- leave device unattended when it's on;
- work close to flammable substances;
- make repairs of device by yourself.
