How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped via Russian post. The average delivery time is 14-30 business days all over the world. Each parcel has its tracking number, I will send you this tracking information once your parcel has shipped

LOST PARCEL
If your item has not arrived to you within 45 days, please contact me and I will register the investigation via Russian Post. As soon as the investigation is complete, they will contact your country's post office and conduct an investigation in an attempt to find your parcel. If the parcel is officially recognized as lost, then 100% refund is guaranteed.

Can I have a mobile in a different color or change a toy?
Yes, sure. If you love the item but would like it in a specific colour feel free to message me. You can choose any color shades you need. Also you can change a toy. Please note real colors may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, it depends on the monitor screen settings and your individual color perception
