Refunds, exchanges, cancellation. Please read before making a purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase - please write to me and we will solve the problem.
Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
• have contacted me within 2 weeks after receiving the order.
• have sent the item back within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)
When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.
Exchange of goods - is impossible.

Refunds and Exchanges
1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back
3. No refunds for custom orders.
4. No refunds after 30 days from the moment of purchase .

Shipping
Usually, we ship first class airmail, if you need faster delivery - contact me.
It usually takes:
• North America: 1-8 weeks
• Europe: 1-5 weeks
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-8 weeks
• Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
• Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-8 weeks
• North Africa and the Middle East: 3-8 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Please note that during holidays and sales seasons, delivery times may be longer due to mail load.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Remove dust and dirt with a soft brush or cloth.
• If water gets on it please wipe it off.
• Refrain from using detergents or chemicals. Use a damp cloth to wipe your leather item and then wipe it with dry cloth.
• Allow them to dry naturally and never under an artificial heat source.
• If the leather gets too dry, you can purchase neutral leather cream to apply on the item to moisturize the leather.

Other
• Please note, real colors may differ from what you see on your screen.
• I declare the full price when completing the declaration and I am not responsible for any tax charges in any country. All I can do is to send the parcel as a gift. I do not take responsibility for additional expenses.
• I send only to the addresses specified in your profile.
• Orders that have been returned to me unclaimed, can be resent for the full cost of delivery at the rates of the national postal service. This includes orders with free shipping.
