New necklace "Scarlet poppy"! I have long wanted to create an ornament with a poppy, this flower is so symbolic and strong that this work gave me great pleasure! I love this flower since childhood! The poppy found its symbolism among many peoples, the Greeks considered the poppy and the human head to be similar in appearance, and therefore poppy heads were sacrificed to the gods. So one of the meanings of the poppy appeared - salvation, immortality, humanity ... In the culture of the Slavs, these flowers were a symbol of youth and beauty! Often the meaning of the red poppy intersected with Christianity; for believers, the poppy symbolizes the blood of Christ, his suffering and self-sacrifice. Do you like poppies?
