Our return and refund policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some kinds of items cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In some situations, only partial returns are possible:

A book with obvious signs of use

Returns
After we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your return was approved or declined.

If your return is approved, it will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Untimely or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may be a while before a refund is officially posted.

Only regular-priced merchandise is eligible for returns. Sale items are not returnable.

Exchanges
We will only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at belikova.tatyanalip@gmail.com.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount returned. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver sent the order to himself to give it to you later, we will mail a refund to the giver and he will know about your return.
