1.By placing an order in our store, you accept our shipping/refund policy.

2. We encourage you to read our Returns Policy carefully before making any claims. Make sure the product is suitable for any claims to avoid any dissatisfaction.

3.Returns will only be accepted after approval by our customer service team. To initiate a return or any other request, please contact customer support at contact@inspireuplift.com within 14 calendar days from the date the package was delivered.

4. If the item is defective/damaged or does not work, please file a claim and provide due diligence as requested by a customer service representative. Unverified items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Without verification, we will not be able to solve your problem. Claims submitted after 14 calendar days will not be accepted.

5.You should always consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not provide a return label or pay for return shipping.

6. Any item you return must be in its original condition and packaging. Items altered in any way by you after receipt cannot be returned. Please keep your return receipt with you and email us a photo of it so we can track the package.

7. When placing an order, please be careful to choose the correct size, color and other details. Please double check the details before confirming your order to avoid any claims for returns or exchanges later.

8. Packages that have been rejected or denied delivery upon delivery, abandoned or returned outside of the established return process will not be accepted as a return.

9. All customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs duties and fees are collected by your country's border authorities, not by us. They are collected and stored by them and are not subject to return. We do not wish any inconvenience to our customers.

10. In case of undelivered or lost packages, please file a claim within 60 calendar days from the date of dispatch. Claims submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

11. If you have not received your parcel and it is marked as delivered by the courier, it will not be considered lost. Please file a claim with the courier.

12.To avoid shipping problems, please make sure you leave your correct and complete address when placing an order. Items returned due to incomplete addresses are non-refundable or non-refundable in store.

13. Cancellation/modification of the order is accepted within 60 minutes if the order is not sent. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and has been assigned a tracking number, it becomes almost impossible to cancel/receive the package.

14.A refund or store credit for returned merchandise will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise at our return address.

15. Refunds for your items will be made using your original payment method. If you made an order through Paypal, the refund will only be made to your Paypal account, or if you made an order with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card. Changes to account details will not be accepted for a refund.

16.Any returned merchandise that is outside of our Returns Policy or is non-returnable or non-refundable in store will be discarded by us.
