I have never used one of these prior to this. I have nerve damage in the arch of my foot from a broken ankle. This things feels awesome rolling against my foot The pattern is soft and this thing is durable.
Plantar fasciitis sufferer here, I've have literally tried everything. I have spent hundreds of dollars on everything that came up in my search for plantar fasciitis help. Bought this 3 weeks ago and my pain is soo much better. It sounds weird. Rub a ball on your foot and get relief but it WORKS! I had ongoing pain in my left heel from pickleball. I was limping around the court and not really able to walk. Using the ball on that foot immediately loosened it up. Now I have sort of a dull ache when I play and then I use the ball when I return home. I have nerve damage in my feet from neuropathy so the nerves that I do have still are hyper. Another player has complained about his lower back so I had him try the ball. He said that he would order one for himself. I don't know if he actually has.
