Transmission oil additive 50 ml Remetal T RiMet PT0006

ReMETALL-T is an export analogue of RiMET-T. Designed for in-place restoration and wear protection of all types of mechanical transmissions (manual transmissions, transfer boxes and vehicle axles). Contains ultrafine powder copper-tin alloy Cu-Sn with an average particle size of 2-3 microns. It differs from the RiMET preparation by a higher concentration of powder and the composition of the dispersion medium, due to which it withstands higher specific pressures on friction surfaces. Does not interfere with the operation of the gearbox synchronizers.
 
The effect of the application
- reduces wear rate up to 40%;
- eliminates noise in gears, bearings and synchronizers;
- 2 times increases the service life of gearboxes, transfer boxes and gearboxes; - facilitates the inclusion of gears and reduces the possible "crunch" when turning on;
- 2 times increases the service life of gear oil.

The effect of the drug appears after no more than 400 km of run and the entire service life of the transmission oil is preserved.

The required amount of the drug

To restore a worn friction surface
1 bottle for 1 liter of oil

If there is a lot of noise in the gearbox
2 bottles for 1 liter of oil

Maintenance dosage after recovery, at the following oil changes: 1 bottle per 1 liter of oil

When using the drug, the oil resource should not exceed 50% of the service life.

- before using the drug, without opening the container, shake it vigorously for 20-30 seconds;

- immediately after shaking, pour the contents of the can into the gear oil;
 
- check the presence of sediment at the bottom of the cylinder, which is allowed if the agitation is not strong enough. In this case, it is necessary to pour a small amount of fresh into the bottle, shake the contents of the bottle vigorously again or mix and pour the suspension into the oil;

- drive in different gears for 15-20 km.
