Product works well for tight neck from shoulders to skull. Have enjoyed it and feel it has helped my tension headaches. I've been unable to use it as shown in th video, to massage shoulder muscles with apparatus over the shoulder itself. Wish that Incould make that work, as I know it would be wonderfully relaxing.

This is great for self massaging of the neck and shoulders. I had a headache and used it for a few minutes on my neck and the base of my skull and it helped a great deal. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

This is the first thing I've ever bought on-line!! I thought I'd give it a go. I suffer with extremely bad neck n base of the scull pains which I just can't reach so far I've found that I can reach every spot and apply just the right amount of pressure I need to! I'm really quite happy with this product thank you!

Excellent product! Very helpful in relieving lower neck pain that causes my headaches. So much easier and more effective than trying to massage the back of my neck with my hands.
