RL - Nuclear Circular Slide Rule Very Rare Circular Slide Rule made in USSR in 60-80th - years of Cold War.
Has many round scales one in each others. The some scales are fixed, another - rotated.
The other side of slide rule has has a table, diagram and formulas.
