It took awhile to arrive, wearing it Mn on a 20 degree below zero day and it is warm. Have seen similar hats for less money but not sure if quality the same.

The bras are stretchy but they do curl up; and the foam cups, coming out during washing. So I just took those out permanently. I realize shopping online is iffy and what we see is often not what we get. Not just you, others too. Ad photos are just that.....for show.

The face warmer and hat are excellent but the gloves are all but worthless

Fun directions very poor. Not sure go roll one person at a time until they can’t move…. Or take turns until one runs out of plays direction to me are very poor Thank you

I love the hat BUT I wish I had ordered the smaller size . This hat has actually blown off my head fron strong winds and it slides down over my eyes. I was afraid the smaller hat would have been too small. I will try to take it in or clip it on while wearing .

It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it.

The watch is fine but the leather in the band is cheap, thin, and probably won’t last long. Took forever to get here.

I rate this experience 0 stars. I did not receive large usb heated gloves. I received standard gloves that are undersized for a large. It took over a month to get them. The company continues to use an icon of USB heated gloves to sell this item. Its has a foot note -I/no usb to protect themselves. I tried to get a refund or exchange, but they refused.

The knee brace was a Christmas present for my sister who lives in another city. I ordered it on 12/10 & it didn't arrive until about 1/9. We haven't been together since Chridtmas. It looks good. She thanked me for the picture of it. It seems it was the USPS that took so long.

Receiving my item was a bit slow however I have no problems opening any jars.
