The product came in only with a thin plastic mailer. Not even a padded envelope. No way to treat a 100 dollar item. No protection from shipping. Have not tried it . Hope it works after shipping.

IT TOOK ME QUITE A LONG TIME TO DECIDE ON THIS BACK MASSAGER AFTER LOOKING AT A LOT ON THE INTERNET AS I WAS VERY SEPTICAL I usually don't give a review but on this occassion I AM SO PLEASED TO SAY THAT AFTER USING IT FOR ONE WEEK MY BACK IS FREE FROM THE TERRIBLE PAIN I HAVE HAD FOR OVER 2 YEARS. AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS ON PHYSIOTHERAPY ETC I HAVE NOW FOUND GREAT RELIEF. MY BACK IS STILL QUITE STIFF BUT ITS ONLY EARLY DAYS YET. I WOULD RECCOMMEND THIS MASSAGER TO ANYONE BEFORE CONSIDERING THE OPERATION. eLAINE
