This is great for a back brace or back support. I wouldn't use it for any slimming undergarment as it is too bulky. The velcro straps that cross in the front are thick. It does pull everything in tight, but if you're looking to wear it under anything form-fitting, you will no doubt see the straps of the brace as well. It is an excellent support for anyone who needs to protect their low back!

It’s actually a great product but I ordered the small, and it hardly fits , needed the medium.

I just love this waist belt. I have a very bad back from a car accident and when its hurting I use this for support and it really helps. It is very good quality for the price and the hot put k looks great.

Bought it as a gift and it arrived today and was quickly put to good use, for bad posture and lower back support and pain management.

This is surprisingly well made. Can be used as a cincher, waist trainer, but also a back brace as it is very sturdy. I have back problems and I found that working while wearing the belt helped my back.

this belt is great I purchased the small size even though a liitle bigger would have been better for my waist side but it amazing is vey strong did not disappoint me I wore it in Gym with all the movment did not disappoint me hold me tight great great very happy

The double wrap style is a good one to really hold the tummy in. However, I think I bought a size too large (XXXL) so it’s a bit big for me. I will order for a smaller size because I like it.

I am such a dope. I thought this was something else. I gave it to my nephew who is a merchant marine. He lifts and moves giant barrels of oil from Alaska to Thailand to China. This belt has really made the difference for him. He says its comfortable and keeps his insides all inside. LOL. I am so happy that I accidentally ordered this and it turned out to be just the ticket to keep him safe.

I have suffered from weak back muscles for many years and have worn a bulky back brace, that I could not keep on for to long, so I decided to give the Stretch & Adjust Waist Belt a go. I now am able to wear this all day log as it is so comfortable, fits perfectly, and helps to support my back with the things I do around the house and garden, I can now do the things that I was afraid to do before. All though you may think only women would purchase this Stretch & Adjust Waist Belt I would highly recommend men with a similar condition as I have, give it go try, you will be amazed. I bought the large size and compared with usual Australian sizing it is very large. Otherwise very good.

I bought the waist belt to support my back and it is very comfortable, providing extra support since I have had lower back pain. It warms the muscles and supports them when working around the house. I weigh 66kg and bought the XL as a reviewer advised buying a bigger size than usual. I could have done with the L. However I don't mind the larger size and wouldn't like it too tight.
