I bought the waist belt to support my back and it is very comfortable, providing extra support since I have had lower back pain. It warms the muscles and supports them when working around the house. I weigh 66kg and bought the XL as a reviewer advised buying a bigger size than usual. I could have done with the L. However I don't mind the larger size and wouldn't like it too tight.

IT is bulky but I love the support

I took a chance on this being a better fit because none of the 5 or 6 belts that I have that are standard width are long enough to get around my belly. Well , it DOES fit well and there is adequate length in the outer straps to hitch up some extra tension. I really like the extra width of this belt so it supports ALL of my lumbar spine. It also has some metal strips in it for extra support. I like that. I would recommend this belt for anyone with back pain or who needs support in a lifting/ pulling job.

I have an umbilic hernia. I found the uplift a relief for back pain and posture. I weigh only 130 pounds but I needed an extra large size. It did take away a couple of inches from my waist. It was comfortable

Give good back support. Ordered an XL should have ordered a smaller size. It will do for now. Good quality paid 60.00 for one from the medical center this one better because. It's covers more of my back.

I like that my car stays cooler. When my dogs go with me they ride in the back seat and it is nicer fur them. ;-) When someone else rides in my back seat they will be more comfortable. It is easy to see out of my back windows, but not as easy to see into now. The Velcro tape sometimes comes off when I open my door, but not everytime. Thank you. Kimberly

product is as shown, haven't put it up in the car yet and given our gloomy weather for now, not much sunlight to test. hopefully soon enough it would be blazing sun and will come back and review it for sure
