Never recieved item, they just took my.money and that was that. Seller never ever replied..the site did nothing to help. Completly stole from me, never buy anything from this pirate site.

Sent a download with only a text file!! Stole my money!!

Download not as described. Advertises videos are included with the download but THEY ARE NOT!! Reached out to seller to resolve but absolutely no response after 5 days. Also reached out to the site, but received the same lack of action. Writing this one off as a learning experience, but will never utilize this site again, nor will I recommend it to anyone whatsoever.

Next time I need to order a digital solution manual I will buy from a more reputable source. I have ordered from the publisher and from Test Banks Academy previously with no issues, but this experience was horrible and absolutely not worth saving a few dollars. The customer service here is very poor. This item was ordered by mistake and even though the page clearly says the item is returnable and I immediately cancelled the order, they will not refund. The item has not been downloaded and my account page shows that.

first time buyer, last time I will buy from uplift, customer service is terrible, they never get back to the customer, I had to cancel from PayPal, you can’t track the package! it’s just horrible, Buyer Beware, can’t add images of what I never received. 😡
