Terrible. They won’t even offer me an exchange for the shoe I bought. I bought 2 pairs and one plus too big and I need a smaller size but they won’t exchange it and the website says returns and exchanges are allowed

It took a long time to arrive at my house . easy to install and operate . Tried it first on some pork tenderloin and the meat went thorough easily about 5 times , but I can't say the meat was any tenderer when cooked . I may have to add meat tenderizer and then use the device .
