This only downloads as a png and it doesn't show the words when printed, very disappointed

The PES file was supposed to be 6.9 cm. What I downloaded is actually 15 cm and unusable on my machine. (Can't be resized without ruining the quality) Screenshot shows improper sizing.

I was initially skeptical on international shipment but Item finally received in reasonable timeframe considering that it has to be shipped to Singapore. However, the customer service is top notch, fast response, patience, polite and diligent in their service skills. My order was received in good condition and Im happy with my purchase. I would definitely order from this shopping platform again with an ease of mind.

So far my experience is not good. The files appear to be ready to download but it open the image instead of downloading. The other designs downloaded with no problem.

I ordered the Quinnipiac University logo but received the Houston Cougars instead. 24/7 chat assistance told me they were unable to help and would need to forward the issue to a more senior colleague. Resolution may take more than 48 hours. Seriously?? To email the correct file? How is this hard? (Screenshots below to see that the file sent is labeled as QU but clearly not the QU logo.)

I just tried them out, and the material is good. They are an easy fit and perfect for the winter season, warm and stretchy. You won’t regret buying them.
