Awesome anxiety whistle! Was in search of an easy way to remind myself to take deep breaths and this is the answer!!! Wear it as a necklace and I always have it. It is stainless steel and is good quality. I did switch the chain to a sterling silver one I already had and it is perfect. Being a former smoker who has not smoked in 10 years, I was looking for a way to get that calming feeling on work break without the smoking. Ta-da! My therapist recommended it.
