PROTECTIVE AND RECOVERY COMPOSITION FOR ENGINE RIMETIN

RiMETIN, the latest scientific development, contains a copper-tin-indium (Cu-Sn-In) ternary alloy powder, most of whose particles are less than 1 micron in size, and at least 30% are nanoparticles whose size is less than 0.1 micron. The presence of indium and nanosized particles make the alloy powder unique. Thanks to indium, it practically does not oxidize, well wets metal materials, diffusing into other metals at a relatively low temperature, easily melts and plays the role of a quasi-liquid metallic lubricant of the friction surface. The good lubricating properties of the alloy contribute to a noticeable reduction in friction. Thanks to nanosized particles with extremely high surface energy, the smallest defects formed on the contact surfaces during engine operation are instantly “healed”. As a result, nanostructured wear-resistant protective coatings with increased corrosion resistance are gradually formed on the friction surfaces. The exceptional properties of the alloy (Cu-Sn-In) make it possible to recommend RiMETIN to prevent wear of all types of engines, including new cars. The drug, of course, can also be used to restore the friction surfaces of already worn out engines.

1. Engine preparation
- if necessary, flush the oil system and engine crankcase;
- drain the old engine oil;
- replace the oil fine filter;
- if there is a centrifuge, clean its body from deposits and rinse it;
- Fill with fresh engine oil.

2. Application of the drug
It is recommended to start pouring the drug after the engine has been run in, i.e. not earlier than 10-15 thousand kilometers.

ATTENTION! The use of the drug before the expiration of the warranty period may violate contractual obligations with the dealership.

Filling RiMETIN is recommended immediately before the trip, or immediately after filling, let the engine idle for 10-15 minutes to evenly distribute the drug particles throughout the oil volume.

Filling more than 1 cylinder, do it sequentially: first one, then, after a run of 150-200 km, the next cylinder.

- before using the drug, without opening the container, shake it vigorously for 20-30 seconds;

- immediately after shaking, pour the contents of the cylinder into the engine oil through the oil filler neck;

- check the presence of sediment at the bottom of the cylinder, which is allowed if the agitation is not strong enough. In this case, it is necessary to pour a small amount of fresh engine oil into the cylinder, shake the contents of the cylinder again vigorously or mix and pour the suspension into the oil.
