The main parts of the toy are knitted IN ROUNDs. Small parts are knitted flat, legs are knitted with I-cord.  NOTE !!! buckle can be pretty tricky in work!!!
FINISHED SIZE of the toy is approximately 5-6 cm depending on the yarn you choose

This pattern is easy and fast. It fits the beginners if you have the basic skills of knitting in rounds. 

Language: English and Russian

Please note: this is not a readymade toy. Materials not included.

MATERIALS:
A set of 2.00 mm double pointed needles (sock needles) 
Toy filling for stuffing
Toy eyes or beads 6-12 mm 
You will also require some stitch markers 
Knitting needle for sewing the details

YARN:
mink wool (2 threads + warp thread)
Alize Softy or Kamteks Fantasy ( 130 m / 100 gr)

NOTE:  Any yarn type or shade can be used for this pattern. Keep in mind the finished size may be altered with different yarn types.
