Chaga (Ionotus Obliquus) is a fungus which grows on the living trunks of mature birch trees commonly found in colder climates of the Northern Hemisphere. It resembles a dark clump of dirt and is distinguishable from other fungi by its orange tissue. Chaga is high in fibre and has adaptogenic properties. Chaga powder can be consumed as a tea, or alternatively add to your favourite beverage or soup.

How to take Chaga Mushroom Powder

We recommend taking 1/2to 1 teaspoon of our Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder per day. You can mix it with hot water to brew it into a tea. You can also mix it with cold water, juice or add it to smoothies.
