The product looks and acts exactly as pictured. The only drawback is the incense cones burn fast so it doesn't last long. But whatever the incense is cheap!!

This item was a birthday gift for my significant other. He brought the mail into the house and read the label that said “incense burner” (labelling required to ship to Canada) but was surprised by its uniqueness. My only wish would be for the incense cones to have a colour chart to indicate their scents. I told my S/O that he’d never seen anything like it (before he opened the box) and boy was I right!

It is an all round great product and my mum loves it which is who I bought it for! It came without any damage or anything wrong. The only downside is it took forever to get here and I contacted them about it and never heard anything back. But it’s here now and it’s awesome.
