1. Prepare a cup of hot water at 80-100 degrees. Put 7-8 pellets in until the pellets become soft

4. To remove, gently push the lower tooth forward against the back of the cusp, swing it, and then gently extract it from the top until the tooth is dislodged. Then leave the denture in place for 10 minutes or so until the adhesive becomes self-colored and hardens. Once hardened, they are ready to be put on
