- Indications for useBurns, deep burns with moist eschar and profuse compartments, sluggish post-burn woundsand ulcers, trophic ulcers, bedsores.
- Instruction:Algipor-A is used externally. Algipore-A sheet is applied to the wound surface after pre-treatment with an antiseptic solution. The dressing is applied so that the edges of the sheet extend 0.5-1 cm beyond the affected area, and are fixed with a sticky or gauze bandage. Algipor-A is changed as it gets wet and resorbed, on average, after 1-3 days. The course of treatment depends on the course of the wound process and ranges from 1 to 10 dressings. At the end of treatment, Algipor-A is left on the wound until it is rejected along with the scab.

Alginate dressings have good draining properties, accelerate the cleansing of wounds, reduce their infection, and reduce intoxication of the body. They create a powerful barrier to exogenous infection, help maintain water and electrolyte balance in patients with burns and wounds.
They dissolve on the wound, so there is no need to remove them after healing.
