Description

Composition
Sage leaf whole or crushed.

Method of application
Pour 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) of vegetable raw materials with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, insist for 15-20 minutes, strain, bring the infusion to 200 ml of boiled water. The finished infusion should be stored in the refrigerator. Adults take 1 glass (200 ml) a day with meals. The duration of admission is 1 month. If necessary, the reception can be repeated within a year.

It is used as a biologically active food additive – a source of tannins (tannins) containing essential oils.
